Individual Therapy

I work with children ages 6 and up, adolescents, and adults. Availability for younger children is limited, please contact me for more information.

Sessions may combine expressive arts therapy, sandtray, EMDR, neuroscience-informed perspectives, and relational approaches to help you process emotions, build coping capacity, deepen self-understanding, and move toward meaningful healing. Expressive and experiential approaches can also support nonverbal processing and integration, especially when words alone don't quite get there.

Individual therapy may address:

  • Trauma and medical trauma

  • Adjustment to major medical diagnoses

  • Grief and loss

  • Ambiguous loss

  • Identity development and identity change

  • Nervous system regulation

  • Relationship changes or endings

  • Becoming a parent

  • Career changes

  • Kids leaving home

  • Retirement

  • Getting older

  • Changes in our bodies or abilities

  • Caregiving

  • Losing or changing roles or identities that once felt like a big part of who we were

You don't have to be in crisis to reach out. Sometimes you just need a little support, some clarity, or help making sense of where you are.
