Group Therapy

Group therapy offers trauma-informed, experiential healing in a connection-centered environment where growth unfolds in community. Groups are small by design, typically three to six members, so there is room for every voice and each person's experience.

Group offerings change. Get in touch to find out what's currently open.

Groups may focus on:

  • Grief and loss

  • Ambiguous loss

  • Trauma recovery

  • Medical trauma

  • Identity transitions

  • Life changes and experiences that alter how we understand ourselves

Depending on the group, we may integrate:

  • Storytelling

  • Movement

  • Visual arts

  • Writing and poetry

  • Music

  • Improv

  • Creative exploration

Shared witnessing and creative engagement can support belonging, emotional expression, processing, regulation, and resilience while honoring each participant's pace and lived experience.
